Intro to Pops & Icarian (Grundlagen) - AcroYoga Tutorial (deutsch / english subtitled)

In diesem AcroYoga Tutorial für Fortgeschrittene (Intermediate) geben wir euch eine Einführung in Pops und Icarian (Würfe). Dafür zeigen wir euch den Pop vom Bird/Frontplank zum Throne und wieder zurück.

Für dieses Level 2 Tutorial braucht ihr folgende Voraussetzungen:
1. SEHR stabile Frontplank
2. SEHR stabiler Straddle Throne

Wir zeigen euch all unsere Tipps & Tricks für das "Aufladen" und "Abfedern" als Base, dafür wie ihr das richtige Timing findet und welche Fehler passieren können.
Auch zum Spotting geben wir euch Hilfestellungen.

In this intermediate AcroYoga tutorial we will introduce you to the basics of pops and icarian. Therefore, we show you the pop from bird/frontplank to throne and back.

You need the following pre-requisites for this level 2 tutorial:

We show you all our tipps and tricks for "loading" and "receiving" as a base, for finding the right timing and which mistakes can happen.
