The northwest region is where you’d find the ceremonial counties of Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. There are beautiful cities, towns, and villages in this region with the last known population of 7 million. Among them are those on the Times’ list of the best places to live in the UK. 7. Sefton Park, Liverpool
Let’s begin with this address in Liverpool. Sefton Park in Liverpool is a long and winding road leading to L8.
