This is by far among the strangest alerts I’ve honestly captured. I’m not sure what in the hell happened with the alert scroll bar. It ended up appearing in a very strange way (almost creepy if we are going to be honest). You can hear it in my voice as I am reacting to this odd mishap. I’m almost sure this was due to a technical issue. This Amber Alert was cancelled not too long after it was issued. There was no new information released following the alert cancellation, so I do not know the end result of this whole situation.
