This video is a recording of our Taste Wild: Tea Time! event hosted by California Botanic Garden. Participants picked up tasting boxes of delightful treats and teas, prepared with native plant ingredients. Participants were invited to a Virtual Tea Time -- an informative and insightful discussion of the culinary uses, cultural legacies, and ecological importance of the remarkable plants used in each recipe. Virtual Tea Time panelists were Naomi Fraga, Director of Conservation Programs at CalBG, Abe Sanchez of the Chia Cafe Collective, and Phyllis Russell of As You Like It Events and Catering.
