16 Students Wear Hijab To University In Mangaluru, Stopped From Entering Class | Karnataka News

Karnataka: As many as 16 students of Mangalore University college at Hampankatta were denied permission to enter the classroom for wearing hijab on Thursday June 2.
The administration of the college refused to permit entry into their classrooms to the 16 students who demanded that they be allowed to enter the classroom wearing the hijab. The students had not attended their classes in their college ever since the deputy commissioner had called for a meeting.
