So, what’s going on? We’re down for both the year and the quarter. The yearly trend has lost more than 1 percentage point, and the quarter-to-quarter trend has lost almost 1.5 since our prior observations. We’re still about 9.5 points below the 1-6-month median value for the period ending 3/16/2022 which was $1,215,000. This is when the Fed most recently started to raise interest rates and our current benchmark for recovery. This market has not recovered. We’ll check back in about a month and see where we are then.
