Ingredients
Chicken boneless cubes 500 g
Oil 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 2 tsp

For sauce preparation:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sandwich bread as required
Ketchup as required
Cheese slices as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Tomato slices as required
Cucumber slices as required
Capsicum julienne optional
Olives optional
Jalapeño optional

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken changes color. Now add Yogurt, cumin powder, paprika powder, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, chili sauce, salt, red chili powder and garlic powder cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Sandwich Sauce Preparation:
2. In a bowl add mayo, hot sauce, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard paste, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
3. Take a sandwich bread and spread sauce on it, and spread ketchup, place lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cucumber slices, capsicum julienne, chicken on top and cheese slices, and drizzle sauce again. Add olives and Jalapeño Place the top bun and set aside.
4. Your Subway Chicken Sandwich is ready.
