How to set up a beach umbrella - the quick, easy and safe way

Описание к видео How to set up a beach umbrella - the quick, easy and safe way

This is the same way the professional beach resorts and beach rental companies use to install umbrellas. The setup is easy and takes less than 1 minute. This setup is so good we even had strangers ask to borrow our drill and bit.

The day I set this umbrella up, you can see that the wind was blowing pretty hard, semi high wind conditions and yet the umbrella didnt budge! You dont need sand anchors or sand bags, check out the setup below:

************** SETUP AND EQUIPMENT **********
1) An 18v cordless drill
2) Jisco JL24 Earth Auger Bit, 1-3/4-Inch by 24-Inch (approx $24) https://amzn.to/2JUuLG0
3) Optional: Extra battery for cordless drill. Not necessary if you charge your battery every night.

The drill bit is 24 inches, so that is more than enough to drill a deep enough hole in the sand you establish a firm grip/foundation for your umbrella pole holder. Then after that, insert your umbrella into the pole holder, lock it in and you're good to go! Doing it this way will be safer at the beach and avoid those flying beach umbrellas.

Using the drill and earth bit, its very easy and I think this is the best way to set it up. We've been to beaches in Florida, North and South Carolina and havent had any trouble.

If you do it this way, you will look like a Beach Hero in front of your family, friends and even strangers will give you props!
