2nd Gen 24v Cummins Fass Install/ECM Repair/Stock Fuel Pump Delete (99 Dodge Ram 2500)

Welcome back everyone! We are working on the second gen Cummins again.
In this episode I will be knocking out a few things. I bought the Fass 100 Titanium signature series without the retro fitted in tank fuel pump so we will be installing this whole kit along with taking out the factory system except the lines. The reason I am upgrading the fuel system is because the stock system is known to fail resulting in the VP burning up which then leaves you with an expensive repair bill. The Fass kit provides better fuel pressure to prevent any vp issues and with the pump relocated from the block to a solid bed mount removes the chance of pump failure due to vibrations from the motor. While the truck was down and with the stock fuel filter out of the way I also took out the ecm and sent it out to Auto Computer Specialist be rebuilt and reinstalled it which fixed my wait to start light issue. All said in done the truck is now running amazing and I wish I did this all sooner.
