How to Fix Youtube Adsense Tax Treaty Info Form Non US Youtube Creators | Get 0% Withholding Rate

This video shows how to check your actual tax withholding rate and how to fix it to be a lower tax amount (clue - it should be closer to 5%, not 30%!).
