Limpopo residents have welcomed the appointment of 12 ANC leaders from the province to the national cabinet.

Four of the 32 ministers that are set to be sworn in today are from Limpopo, while eight out of the 43 deputy ministers are also from the province.

Limpopo is one of five provinces where the ANC retained its outright majority during the national and provincial elections.
