Since the shocking announcement by the Erie Catholic School System Board that they would be closing our school at the end of the year, school supporters have protested with their well-known bulldog intensity, bringing attention to this injustice which is now being considered in a canon law case at the Dicastery for Culture and Education at the Vatican. Our students here in the City of Erie, Pennsylvania, including minority and low-income families, deserve better.

As a fan of Fr. Mike Schmitz (of Bulldog Catholic, funnily enough!), Fr. David Michael Moses, and Fr. Mark-Mary of Rosary in a Year, I love the You Tube format for engaging actively with people about our wonderful Catholic faith...in our case, specifically, those who want to know more about the battle to save Catholic education here in the Diocese of Erie.
