Apollo City 2022 & City Pro Stem Wobble Fix

After I did the full range test of the Apollo City Pro 2022, stem start to wobble so I thought to share with you guys how to adjust or fix the wobble issue because I am pretty sure that it will happen if you got a brand new scooter or folding electric bike with similar folding mechanism.
