Testing my new inks in Pilot Parallel Pens, to show how the flow through the pens and can be used on 80gsm Copy Paper as well as on a Canson Marker Pad XL.

They all worked well on the copy paper. The Black inks worked better than the Sepia, but I wanted to show you that they can all be used on copy paper. This is amazing at it will allow you to practice on less expensive papers and still get sharp results in your letterforms.

On the Canson marker Pad, the lines were infinitely finer and more accurate. The feeling of writing was so joyful. I loved how they all worked but seeing the ‘Black – Edged’ on the marker pad paper was shocking, it was like writing with the density of black gouache you carefully mixed up, but out of a jar, and in this instance, flowing through a fountain pen. The letter had super fine lines and super black ink deposition.
