Pennsylvania Dutch Coffee Cake Recipe

2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
½ c. butter
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk mixed with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Cinnamon (for topping)
