(VIDEO OUTDATED, But you can still use crabs,scaled sardines,large minnows.)Ops at 1 DAY forward time to 20:00 - 21:00 ****.Hi guys in this video ill show you my method i used for to hit 63 lvl from 55. and i discover i can catch 2 unique tarpons or permits in seconds with this method if i have lucky day. this one is epic day for me haha.If you not lucky day then is still way better, lot of money and fast exp than to fight 20 - 30 min real life for it. I think you can test it with lower lvl gear match rods whitch mean lower lvl. But must have long rod 350+... so you can pull the fish fast out of the water before uni took line and run run run cause then you loose time fighting it and exp become slow.
