Global 2020s Decade-End List (Updated to: 05/25/2024)

Hi all! Another month has passed, so I think it's the right time for one more update to the global decade-end list. As such, this video has now been updated to the latest chart available (chart dated to 05/25/2024).

The following video aims to represent the best charting songs throughout the 2020s following their weekly positions on Billboard's Global 200 list, as well as Spotify's Global chart for the first eight months of 2020. As of now, this video currently shows the top 60 songs up to this point in time.

This list uses an inverse-point system, in which songs at no.1 gain the greatest amount of points, while songs at no. 100 gain the least (songs below 100 do not gain any points). Each week is weighted differently following the turnover rate of non-festive singles at the top, in order to balance and equally represent each time-period.
