New for 2025-26 School Year: Public Speaker Sessions

This is a dedicated time for you to share comments on topics listed on recent Board meeting agendas, including committee meetings, monthly work sessions, business meetings, and other public Board meeting agendas held since the last forum.

When and Where: Unless otherwise announced, forums will take place at 5:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month.

How to Participate: To speak or submit a written comment, you must register by 12:00 noon on the day of the forum in one of these ways:

· Call the Board Office at (585) 262-8525
· Email [email protected]

When registering, you must include:

· Your full name, phone number, email address, and home address
· Your affiliation (student, parent/guardian, staff member, or Rochester resident)
· The topic you will address (must be related to an item on a recent Board agenda since the last forum)

Important to Know:

· Only registered speakers will be able to address the Board.
· Public comments will no longer be taken during Board meetings, except at scheduled public hearings or these monthly forums.
