Welcome back to Shadow Work Sunday

If you’re new here, this is a space where I share what I’m actively working through in my own healing, as a guide, not a guru. I speak from lived experience, reflection, and awareness. As always, take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.

I almost didn’t record this episode. I caught myself thinking, “I’ve already talked about this. I don’t have anything new to say.”
But that’s exactly the point of today’s message.

You can be doing the work and still feel tired.
You can trust divine timing and still feel stretched.
