Today is my last day in this village...its wrap up time guys.Here is my last lunch..last afternoon:)

Ingredients:
1 cup soya nuggets
2 medium chopped onion
1 cup fried cauliflower
1 leaf bay leaf
salt as required
4 green chilli
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 handful chopped coriander leaves
2 cup basmati rice
1 medium tomato
2 clove
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric
3 cup water
3 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
