In my latest tasting I take a look at an entry-level wine with what is for New Zealand a very famous name. As well as tasting the wine and finding it to be a simple but very agreeable Sauvignon Blanc, I chart the decline of the Corbans brand to a stage where, 20 years ago, the wine used to fill the label was imported from Chile.
