Hope you’re having a great weekend!! I was clearing out some trays of reforms for this one and is there really anything better than a big, heaping smorgasbord of ear candy??? 👂🍭 I love all the different textures and colors.

So, big day in the Sparkle house. I just put dirt stained, white baseball pants in the washer for the last time until spring ⚾️😊 It is bittersweet to see reach the end after nonstop baseball since April. BUT, after bundling up in 4 layers, 2 blankets & stealing Mr. Sparkle’s portable heater all weekend, I am ready for some indoor sports!! 🥶 There was something so fun & carefree about our first season of fall travel baseball. We had to drive an hour for practice and 2 hours for games every weekend but it was probably the most fun I’ve seen Maddox have wih a team & that makes my Momma heart so happy 🥰

And, just in case I thought we would have a breather, got a text this morning that his first basketball practice is tomorrow night 😆🏀 I love this boy with every fiber of my being but, man, he wears me out!!!! Little boy energy is truly an unexplainable phenomenon- like, where does it all come from??? Why are they never tired??? And, most importantly, how do I tap into it??? I’d settle for 1% at this point!!

In related news, it is officially “hunting season” in Pennsylvania….specifically, it’s currently archery season for deer 🏹 🦌. And it is its own kind of sport for my boys - who will be sitting in the woods from now until mid-December. It’s the first year hubby has got a hunting license for Mini so if he’s not throwing a ball around, he wants to put on his camo and go to the woods with Daddy.

Thank goodness for the women in my life! We can enjoy all the time together since we are officially “hunting widows” until further notice 😆🩷💜
