This app is based on short-term, dopamine-driven feedback loop… a cycle where the brain receives quick bursts of pleasure-inducing dopamine through immediate rewards reinforcing the behavior and creating a loop of repeated engagement. And while that can sound like a negative thing when referring to apps like instagram and Tik Tok, in this case, the repeated engagement refers to turning your preferred form of exercise into a lasting habit. And what that should mean to you as an early subscriber is that we have solved a huge problem… And that problem we solved is making a person enjoy exercising so much… that they stick with it for the long term. Here are some bullet points.
