The segment discusses how LandCorp are helping plan for Kununurra's future growth through the Lakeside Park and Coolibah Estate residential developments as well as the Weaber Plain Light Industrial Area.

The recent addition of new boab nut inspired, paperbark and ironwood indigenous public artworks to Coolibah Estate is also explored. The commissioned artworks are the result of 25 artists' collaboration and provide a strong link to local community culture.

Government's land development agency, is looking to supply the land requirements of the town into the future to cater for the growth in population, agriculture and tourist industry, as well as potential increased demand from the resources industry.
