This is meta spawn in current Tibia (13.22), you can start hunting here around level 450 (EK and ED), for RP maybe a bit earlier but it's risky. At this level range Cobra Bastion or Buried Cathedral will yield way more exp/h than this place.

Monsters here have quite a lot HP, so charms drastically improve killing speed as well as exp/h. The team depicted in the video only RP and MS have full charms.

Top exp/h you can achieve here is somewhere between 6-6,7kk/h depending on charms, skills and lvl range.

It goes without saying that your primary focus when picking gear should be ice resistance with physical dmg resistance being secondary.

Be careful when entering and leaving the spot as it's easy to get trapped and die in narrow hallways.

For bestiary you can roughly kill:
~300 icecold books
~260 squid wardens
~250 animated feathers
So it'll take you roughly 10h of hunting to unlock the bestiary in this place.
