Fuel pump wasn't kicking on when the ignition was on, so i replaced the fuel pump and still nothing. A little more digging aroumd and found that if the ignition coil is bad then it wont let the fuel pump relay work. After using a jumper wire to bypass the fuel pump relay I was able to verify that the fuel pump would indeed kick on. So that left me with the ignition coil being the issue. Problem solved!
