-First stop, Rempah, a beautiful restaurant where I tried some of the most amazing Sate (Satay) which is grilled meat on Skewers, served with a savory peanut sauce. I’ve tried 3 varieties: chicken, goat, and maranggi, which is beef marinated with traditional indonesian herbs. So delicious l, tender meat and chicken with peanut sauce is heavenly! I could eat it all day!

-My next stop, Sari Rasa to try some Rendang Beef and Gado-Gado. Rendang is a spicy beef stew, the beef was so delicious and tender.
Gado-Gado are mixed vegetables in a rich peanut sauce - it was my first time trying this and I loved it.

Since 16 years - this hidden underground gem, it has buffet style and also a la carte. The beef rendang is unbelievably good, Beef Rendang was voted as the best dish in the world by CNN in 2017 and I am bot surprised at all!

- Last but not least we went to Badung restaurant to try the next 2 dishes.
I never had indonesian soup before so here I have tried Soto Betawi which is shredded beef with coconut milk, so delicious, I love how the Indonesian cuisine uses coconut a lot. So delicious.

My last dish is Nasi Goreng Gila Kambing which is fried rice with Lamb and Omelet.

I love Indonesian fried rice, my first time having it with lamb, it was so delicious and i definitely recommend you to try this.
