Record Multiple USB Audio Interfaces at the same time?

If you need to record multiple USB Audio Devices at the same time in an Audio Workstation (Adobe Audition, Reaper, Pro Tools, etc), and NOT record Video (like with OBS), this is a good way to accomplish this on a Mac.
