Today I'm painting this line and wash of the Coastguard Cottages and the Sea Wall at Cuckmere Haven at high tide from my photo. The ref. photo, pencil sketch and ink drawing linework are available to download on Patreon:   / loisdavidsonart  
Here I stress the importance of drawing as a foundation for watercolour painting, and how relatively simple it is to paint a scene like this once you have the sketch and the line work right! The brushes and paints I use are detailed in the video, but use any you are comfortable with!
