The ND Miata is one of the very few cars out there that perfectly achieves what it set out to do. While none of it’s competition is too direct, this faces cars like the Toyota GR86, Subaru BR-Z, and maybe a moderately used BMW Z4 or Porsche Boxter. If all you want is consistent entertainment with the least consequences, the Miata is still unbeatable. That’s made better by a $30k to $40k asking price with rare markup.
