The Bier Library's new branch in Sarjapur is nothing short of impressive. The sprawling property, complete with a central water body, creates a serene and inviting atmosphere. Each corner of the restaurant offers a unique ambiance, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal or a lively gathering.
We sampled a variety of dishes during our visit. The pizza slice was a delightful surprise, with its crispy base and generous toppings. The chackna platter was a perfect starter, offering a mix of flavors and textures with the peanuts, papads, and masala roasted cashews. We also enjoyed the cheesy paneer tikkas and the creamy alfredo pasta.
For dessert, the seradura was a creamy delight, while the tres leches offered a sweet and milky finish to the meal.
The service was efficient and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The Bier Library is undoubtedly a welcome addition to Sarjapur's dining scene.
