Every painting has a story and this one is no different! When my mom first asked for this painting, the timing wasn't right and I couldn't visualize it. Then, out of the blue one spring day the idea presented itself in my mind. I sketched out the composition and it moved quickly from there. This was the largest painting I have created so far and it left me hungry for more!
