On June the 16th, Xie Xin performed her 2015 Young Artists Platform (YAP) piece《From IN》at the Kuopio Dance Festival in Finland. The performance was well received by the festival audience. The artistic director of the Finish dance festival Mr. Uotinen remarked: “I have great appreciation for Xie Xin’s work. In her style of dance I can see the future, perhaps a future of contemporary dance which European contemporary dancers haven’t found. Xie Xin’s piece expresses great sensibility towards changing sharp and soft movement in a very special and unique way”.
