U.S. stock futures fell Thursday, with tech stocks leading the Nasdaq lower than other indexes ahead of the highly anticipated Friday’s job report.

Before the market opened, futures on the S&P 500 (^GSPC) slipped to 0.16%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) fell below the flatline. The technology-heavy Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) dipped down to 0.4%.
