Summary: A long-dead voodoo priest pops back to life on a luxury cruise as a bald, juiced-up killing machine, hacking off heads, flickering back into mummy rot, and lusting after a white woman who reminds him of his blackface-wearing, long-dead girlfriend. Undead romance and decapitation at sea.

Best scenes? Bikini babes, heads rolling like bowling balls, mummy payback on a grave robber, voodoo ritual flashbacks, another beheading for good measure, a doctor getting steamrolled by a zombie, a full-on undead soul train, and a doomed mummy romance that’s equal parts horny and homicidal.

Overall, it’s dumb camp scraped from the bottom of the barrel—cheap-as-dirt film stock, hack-job editing, brain-dead dialogue, clueless bystanders, and effects that look embarrassed to exist. But really, what the hell were you expecting from a movie called Voodoo Black Exorcist?
