Terrible management of emotions lead to me going into the orange zone - not realizing it, almost welcoming the orange zone emotions, which led me to give into the self-sabotaging thoughts, entering the red zone of emotions, and closing my position early as it dumped to TP in the same candle.

My entry got botched from a user error in max contract size, then my copytrader synced the wrong asset so it wasn't copytrading, lead me to be very emotional when I didn't need to be. Bad thoughts came in about closing early, my entry was bad (1.4rr instead of my 3rr) I didn't want to lose and feel bad about myself, so I closed at my entry for $20. And with that I also stopped myself from ever potentially winning...how sad.

Great lesson, but man this one stung. I'm on my third day trading by myself since Blake stopped. So I'm now working out all the kinks that I have on my own. And with my newly arisen discipline and work ethic, I know that I'll learn from this in a way that is different than my past, before I woke tf up on the 26th of August.
