Q : Difference between ( Hot Reload ) and ( Hot Restart ) ?
A :
• both are allow you to see changes in your app , but there are key differences between them
1- Hot Reload :-
 allows you to inject changes into the app’s running code without restarting the entire app.
 Use it when you make small changes in ui
 How it works: Flutter retains the app's state and applies changes to the widget tree, so you can see updates almost instantly.
 It was very speed because it rebuild Partial of the widget tree
2- Hot Restart :-
 restarts the app, which means it reinitializes the app and clears any current state
 Use this when you make changes to the app’s initial state, like modifying variables in the main() function or updating dependencies, that Hot Reload cannot apply.
 How it works: The app is restarted as if you were launching it for the first time, which includes losing all current app states (like inputs, navigation stack, etc.).
 Slower, as the entire app is restarted ( because it build app again )
