[Toram] You must get the new Enchanted Barriers!

Additional Info I found out later:
-if you use maximizer while inside the circle, the barrier recovers its "stamina." the circle inside the barrier becomes wider.
-It seems to be that the 20% cannon charge when casting barriers can be more than 20%.
Cannon charge increase when casting Enchanted Barriers might be a bug. ASOBIMO might fix this.
-For each time u cast the barrier, you get one "free pass" to use maximizer without casting mp charge previously.
-the Barrier's HP seems to scale with INT.
