Hello. My name is Michael Stilwill. I'm in the financial services, tax and accounting division at Chetu. I've been with Chetu about five years, and I live in the Charlotte Metro area in a little city called Lake Wiley, South Carolina. Some of the trends I've noticed in Fintech lately are the use of AI and machine learning, artificial intelligence and machine learning remain a top Fintech trend and are growing due to COVID. Using conversational AI, fintechs can offer their customer a digital assistant 24/7 that is as authentic as a human. This chatbot can get financial info, savings and investment opportunities, as well as banking industry changes. Also trending upward or the use of single sign-on platforms.
This allows the Fintech company to sign in one time to multiple platforms, sometimes as many as 200, and saves a lot of time because they can do their risk platform, CRMs and trading platforms all at once. Client portals are also popular right now in the Fintech world. This allows the customer to go to one place, to see all their financial info instead of multiple places and saves the FinTech company a lot of aggravation of calls and sign-in questions, et cetera. Trending in the tax and accounting world right now, our website integrations. Website integrations, such as a payment button, allows the customer to press a button on the website and make a payment directly online instead of having to go into the office.
Also popular, is a document upload button. This is a button on the website that the customer can upload their W2's or 1099's and any document that they would need to submit for their tax purposes tax offices right now want to prepare their own tax software as well, and this saves a lot of money as opposed to the long-term renting of tax software use. Chetu can do any of these technologies that I've mentioned, and we have grown to over 1800 developers, seven US offices, as well as four overseas offices, and can develop any type of technology. Thank you.
