I got to try IWI's New "Sniper" rifle. it's based on the Original's Galil Galatz sniper rifle but modernized yet not as good looking in my opinion.

Gun shoots well the trigger isn't crisp and got a long travel but its light enough for a fairly decent shots ,I unfortunately have to deal with a scope that cant hold zero but it still shoots consistent groupings at least, charging handle are very easy to rack too some ace galil that a brand new required some break in before it can rack smoothly.

Performance is a bit Mid, the Magazine isnt as reliable as it sometimes not chamber a round and required more assisting, The gun do bolt open when empty but will immediately release when dropping the mag. It jams from time to time too soo i couldnt bother to load the whole 20 round mags to prevent more of that occuring

However one thing I dislike about this gun is this variant feels like a down grade compare to its gen1 and even to its original. both the original and the Gen one have fixed sight which they remove in gen 2 for more rail space in which yes you can put a flip up sights but i will never be accurate as fixed sight already in the gun plus the added problem of you having to zero that aswell.

despite the replacement of quad rails for Mloks the gun is still heaty weight of 12 pounds soo I this rifle fits more for a DMR role.

If you're planning to get One I suggest to look for a Gen 1 variant for this. its a better looking Rifle imo.
