Since this song was written back in the mid-90s, I wanted the accompanying video to be created with a low-budget technical workflow from that time period.

The look is that of film transferred to and edited on video tape. While I didn’t use any real film, I did use video tape. Also, there are two blue screen composites that utilized a hardware video mixer with a 1-bit chroma keyer.

All the animation was drawn by hand on paper.

The song was recorded by Callie Day at the Singing Sands recording studio.
