👩‍🏫 Welcome to my IGNOU DECE Project Work!

In this video, I am presenting a “Stationery Distribution Activity” conducted in the classroom to appreciate and motivate students who performed well in class activities and showed good behaviour. 🌼✨

The purpose of this activity was to encourage children to learn positively, stay disciplined, and participate with enthusiasm. 🎒📚

🎯 Objective of the Activity:

🌟 To motivate students through rewards and appreciation.
🌟 To build confidence and self-esteem.
🌟 To encourage other children to improve and participate actively.
🌟 To promote discipline, teamwork, and responsibility.

🪄 Activity Description:

👩‍🏫 The teacher organized a short classroom event to distribute stationery items such as pencils, erasers, crayons, and notebooks to students who performed well in activities and showed good manners and creativity. ✏️📒🖍️

Children who received the gifts felt very happy and proud. 😊
Other students were also encouraged to work harder and follow good behaviour to earn appreciation next time. 💫
