My cloud mix recipe: 2 parts pouring medium to 1 part DecoArt Satin Enamel and 1 part Artist's Loft Soft Body White. My cell activator is 2 parts Australian Floetrol to 1 part Amsterdam Lamp Black. All of my other colors are mixed 3 parts pouring medium to 1 part paint.
