F5 PROX allows you to check exposure, focus, etc. in the brightest of conditions.

It’s a 5.5” 4K monitor that reaches 1600 nits of brightness, meaning you can see your content clearly in direct sunlight. It’s got all of the usual features you’d expect in an external monitor and is operable via touch.

The features of this monitor alone make it special, but the price on top of that is what made me want to check it out - it ranges from about $120 to $170 USD (depending on what package you buy), which is actually insane. It’s one of the best deals as far as monitors go, and really, quality camera gear in general.

It’s got a plastic build, which doesn’t necessarily scream quality, but it’s not poorly built by any means and really, the plastic helps make this a really lightweight option.

If you’re in the market for a high-brightness 5.5” monitor, you’d really consider checking this one out.
