khira Saku ( famous odia style Milk & Rice pancake ) .it's very tasty , super soft , delicious odia authentic sweet . prepared using milk and rice . very healthy and extremely easy to make.

INGREDIENTS : -

1. Milk - 500 ml
2. soaked rice - 1 cup
3. Sugar - 1 bowl
4. Dry fruits ( cashew nuts , raisins , cardamom )
5. Desi Ghee - 2 tsp

PROCEDURE : -

soaked the rice for 3 to 4 hours.

then grind it with added little water and make a rice batter.

take a kadai boil milk in it .

when milk starts boiling add sugar and dry fruits in it.

after 2 milks sugar starts melting then add the rice batter slowly simultaneously stir the milk to avoid lumps.

now continuously stir it until it thickens up and becomes little sticky.

in-between take a fry pan and add 2 tsp desi Ghee and keep it on low flame.

now add the batter in fry pan and cover it for 5 to 7 minutes.

you can see it starts leaving the edges and a golden colour comes then carefully turn it other side for frying , again cover it for 5 minutes to make it crispy.

now it's ready to serve turn off the flame .

take it out in a plate and cut it into equal size pieces .
