FILLER OUTSIDE OF COOLDOWNS -
I missed mentioning filler, because it is very straightforward. You are simply fireballing & fire blasting into pyroblast to build your SKB. If you are not very close to SKB, consider just hard casting pyroblast if you have a pyroclasm proc. At high levels of haste, you will more easily be able to hold pyroclasm procs until your SKB - which is ideally what we want.

If you don't think you're going to die ever in a fight, consider dropping cauterize for Call of the Sun King. If flamestrike sees a re-design or gets omega buffed (unlikely with how ignite spreading is currently), I'll update the description with a talent tree.
