Guide to Connect AHD Car Reverse Camera to Android Car Radio

#1: Please verify if your monitor is compatible with the AHD format before buying the ViaBecs AHD backup camera.
Do not compatible with factory radios or monitors that do not support AHD video signal format.

#2: Here's a quick summary of the installation steps:

Step 1: Connect the reverse camera's male RCA cable to the female Camera VIN cable on your head unit.

Step 2: Connect the camera's red line of extension cable to your car's reverse/back detection line for automatic activation.

Step 3: Test the 12-volt wiring of the reverse lamp by wiring the camera 12V+ red wire and red line of the extension cable to the positive light wire, and the black camera GND wire to the negative of the reverse lamp.

Step 4: If the camera image displays black, adjust the camera format setting on your head unit.
1- Keep white line, please choose AHD 720P/25fps
2- Cut white line, please choose AHD 1080P/25fps
Please check if the backup camera works properly after restarting the head unit to save the settings.
