This video explains how I fixed the issues with our 2013 Tahoe 3rd row seat. If your seat back will not fold down I explain what to look for and how I fixed mine. I saw other videos on this but my problem was different. I also explain what to look for and how to fix a seat that is stuck in the vehicle when levers #2 and #3 won’t move. Hope this helps.
