Hey guys! In this vlog, I will take you to Sattal, Uttarakhand. Also, I will show you some of the dishes from Kumaoni cuisine.
Sattal is an interconnected group of seven freshwater lakes situated near Bhimtal, a town of the Nainital district in Uttarakhand, India. It is around 22km away from Nainital.
Set amongst dense forests of oak and pine trees, Sattal is one of the few unspoiled and unpolluted freshwater lakes in India. These lakes are a paradise for migratory birds. It is home to a few camps being operated mostly by local people catering to tourists looking for outdoor vacations.
Seven Lakes Of Sattal are Panna Tal or Garud Tal, Nal-Damyanti Tal, Purna Tal, Sita Tal, Ram Tal, Laxman Tal and Sukha Tal or Khurdariya Tal.
There are a lot of water activities that you can enjoy with your friends or family like a kayak, boating, zipline etc.

Whenever people come to Nainital, they simply walk around Nainital and leave. They do not know that there are other places to visit in Nainital.
This video is about Sattal. Sattal is an amazing place but it is still underrated while there are many places to visit here like there are many lakes. Also, there are adventure activities, such as kayaking and river crossing.
This place is also famous for birding since there are a lot of bird species here.
