I get most of my ideas while I am exercising in nature, and this video is an example of this. I was thinking about energy storage because I had heard about a new energy storage company that had a prototype very nearby (Energy Vault in Ticino, Switzerland). I was thinking about food because I was in Italy, and like most people when I’m in Italy I want to eat as much Italian food as possible while I’m there. Which then creates the necessity to convert the energy in that food to some other form of energy and ideally not store it as body fat. Finally, I was passed several times on this ride by e-bikers, who have batteries on their bikes to store energy. Which I guess means that they don’t get to eat as much Italian food on their holidays.
